The course of business in this still young department of the HAAS Company is very promising. Construction of a very special resort at Kiew, on the property of Nikita Chruschtschews Datcha, is just about to begin. The approval to build a resort at Porto Recanati, 30 km south of Ancona, has been given by the authorities. In Bavaria the chances are very good for an approval by the authorities to build a resort at a premium location. Another project, also in Bavaria…..well, its just too good, so we don’t want to speak about it right now. The mayor would like to report it himself, but only after the municipal council has given its approval and the contracts have been signed. The chances are very good to build something unique there!
