Natures own sculptures

From the beginning, it was clear to everybody: No trees will be chopped down on the entire construction site! The trees were integrated into the construction plans and the HAAS Company built the houses around the trees. The old larch trees’ rewards in summer are cool shades and in winter they present themselves as romantic snow sculptures. On the lightly wooded hilly ground a gem emerged. A distinctive atmosphere was created by building in small partitions with individual court yards. Within the total building complex every apartment has its own personal charm as a result of its separate exploitation and orientation.

The structures of the courts are based on a repeated module. Out of this module and proportionate to the topography and the shape of the area, the individual courts were developed. The idea of repeatedly using the base modules ensured a high degree of economic efficiency for the realization of the project. At the same time, the singularity of every apartment was guaranteed. All accommodations are fitted according to the five-star category. They dispose of a generous living area, one to three bedrooms, comfortable bathrooms as well as terraces and balconies.
