The new sports- and recreational area is located in the beautiful environment Špindlerův Mlýn − a popular skiing area in Medvědín. There is a sub-station with a cable railway near. Visitors have the opportunity to stay in one of the nine guest houses, which have been built by the well-known company HAAS Fertigbau as low-energy buildings. The whole area comprises 220 beds. |

There is a waterpark in the centre of the area with different attractions like indoor swimming pool, torrent, wave pool with an artistical swell and 3 different toboggans. An attractive timber roof construction consisting of glue laminated timber trusses, designed by HAAS Fertigbau, stresses the pleasant atmosphere of the waterpark. |

For guests of the waterpark there are massage beds, two big whirpools, saunas, steam baths and individual massages available. Furthermore there is a swimming pool with a flume, and “mushrooms” for children. Besides there is a conference hall in the waterpark. For the summer season, an outdoor lake, beach volleyball fields and minigolf facilities will be prepared.
